散茶:loose-leaf pu’er

紧压茶:tight-pressed pu’er

七子饼：Qizi Cake Tea,or,Seven Sons Cake Tea

饼茶:the cake pu’er

砖茶:the brick pu’er

Pu’er Tea is post-fermented tea which mainly produced in Lincang, Xishuangbanna and Puer.普洱茶是后发酵茶,主要产自临沧、西双版纳和普洱市。

Judging by their different characters,pu’er tea can be divided into two categories as raw pu’er and fermented pu’er。普洱茶以其茶性分为普洱生茶和普洱熟茶两类。

Raw pu’er could help refresh oneself and prevent digestive problems。Fermented pu’er could help soothe the nerves and nurture the stomach.普洱生茶提神消食，普洱熟茶安神养胃。

In the Qing Dynasty,pu’er was one of tribute teas.Pu’er tea have effectiveness in reducing body weight and blood fat.普洱茶在清代为贡茶，其具有明显的减肥降脂功效。
