  1. 西红柿去皮剁细

  1. 肥牛准备好

  1. 金针菇洗干净，切去根

  1. 水煮开肥牛放进去汆烫到变色捞出备用

  1. 锅里热油，蒜切片，姜切片，和西红柿一起下锅炒

  1. 炒融之后把白醋，生抽，白胡椒粉，蚝油，料酒，清水调成酱汁倒进去煮沸

  1. 黄灯笼椒酱放进去

  1. 放金针菇煮软
