  1. 将鸡中翅洗净,两面各划两刀

  1. 起锅烧油,放入葱姜蒜爆香

  1. 鸡翅放入锅中翻炒几下,加入沒过鸡翅的热水,大火烧开后加入葱结、冰糖、蚝油、1/2勺老抽、1/2勺生抽,转小火炖煮15分钟,然后取出葱结姜片,大火收汁。

  1. 出锅撒芝麻葱花,开吃吧!真的好吃的停不下来~
