作为产品经理，作为10年的产品经理，我经历了10年相关的产品职业成长，发现在产品新人阶段，很多产品经理会有各种异想天开的想法。

现在做产品经理成为老鸟了，就不会有更多臆想了，而是脚踏实地先满足业务需求做功能，再谈用户体验。

因为用户体验可打磨，但是功能就属于业务支撑了，时间就很重要了，为了减少开发时间，就会选择用不少开源项目。

这些开源项目本质上就是可以减少开发工作以及更快的视线需求，以开源项目为产品框架或产品底座，是高阶产品经理的想法与思维。
