天气渐寒，做主食适合多吃红糖馒头，口感松软香甜，手脚不再冰凉|健康美味|红枣|红糖水|面粉|馒头

今天花儿来和朋友们分享一道广受欢迎的主食——红糖馒头。

在主食制作中加入红糖，让面点的口感更为香甜，而且在松软之余还有韧劲，吃起来尤为适口。大家一说起红糖，往往觉得只适合女性食用，其实红糖的营养丰富，男女老少皆宜。红糖水中所含的葡萄糖，可起到快速补充体力的作用，有食欲不振或营养不良的人，日常都可以喝些红糖水。

红糖中还含有丰富的铁元素，对缺铁性贫血有一定的辅助效果，也能促进血液循环，到了秋冬季女性、老年人容易出现手脚冰凉的问题，日常做一些红糖发糕、馒头之类的主食，吃起来香甜，还能起到一定的养生作用。

上个周末，花儿回妈妈家，周日和老母亲商量做点什么主食的时候，母亲就说不然做一锅红糖馒头吧。用红糖水揉面后，甜味适度，而且还有独特的香气，吃起来很有食欲。深秋的午后，室内温度在23度左右，很是舒服，这时候揉好红糖面团，放在阳台上发酵，用时不长就能发酵成胖胖的面团，蒸好的红糖馒头会在高温蒸制中自然开花，这样面粉得以充分松弛，口感更松软。制作中因为加入了红枣块，这样吃起来会有甜丝丝的枣颗粒，越吃越香。

由于需要发酵，我们可以在晚饭后准备材料，这样就有了充足的时间进行一发和二发，不到两个小时就能做好，这样次日清晨，就有了香甜的主食当早餐了。

【红糖馒头】

食材准备：

中筋面粉300克

红糖60克

开水120克

酵母3克

红枣6颗

做法：

1、60克的红糖，加入80度左右的开水，充分搅拌开。利用这个时间，准备6-7个红枣，用厨房剪刀剪开成颗粒状。

2、等红糖水降温到40度左右，也就是温热稍凉的状态，倒入3克酵母，水温不要高，否则会杀死酵母的活性。

3、酵母融化开后，将红糖水缓缓倒入300克的面粉中，用筷子不断搅拌，呈现这样的絮状后就可以继续揉成光滑的面团了。

4、面团揉的差不多了，就放入红枣颗粒，接着覆盖保鲜膜，放在温暖处醒发到两倍大。

判断是否发酵到位，在面团上面戳一个洞，不塌陷不回弹，就是发酵好了。

5、将发酵好的面团取出，揉成长条状，分成70克左右的小剂子。

揪成小剂子，是双手反向拧，将剂子口朝上放置。

6、在笼屉上抹油或者铺上油纸都可以，是防止馒头粘在上面。接着盖上锅盖，二次醒发20分钟左右。

这里如果想蒸的时候，馒头开花明显，可以将分好的面团再次揉成半圆形，用厨房剪刀在顶部剪出十字花刀。

蒸锅内放入足量的水，等水烧开后再放入馒头坯，蒸20分钟。蒸的过程中要保持大火，蒸好后焖个五分钟再开盖。

7、热腾腾的红糖馒头一出锅，就有着淡淡的香气，直接吃就很好吃。
