1.准备食材，香菇，土豆，青红辣椒，生姜大蒜，小葱两根，鸡腿，胡萝卜喜欢吃的可以适量放一点！

2.处理食材，首先把食材都清洗干净，鸡腿剁成块，青红辣椒切成块，香菇切块，土豆切块，胡萝卜切块，生姜大蒜头剁成颗粒备用！

3.制作之前我们首先来调一个料汁，碗中加入适量黄豆酱，蚝油适量，生抽适量，少许老抽和白糖，一点点胡椒粉用勺子搅拌均匀备用！

4.开始制作，首先起锅烧水，冷水倒入鸡块，加姜片和葱段，少许料酒焯水，煮开一分钟左右，打去浮沫，然后起锅控干水分！
