凉拌毛肚的烹饪方式可以使得整道菜品吃起来清爽不油腻，非常适合天热的时候食用。在炎炎夏日，来伊份凉拌毛肚，不仅能满足你的味蕾，还能为你带来一丝清凉。无论是与家人团聚还是与朋友聚会，凉拌毛肚都是一道不可或缺的美食佳品。

以后想吃毛肚的时候你就可以按照我这个方法来做，保证你在家也能吃到美味又实惠的毛肚，而且它的做法也特别的简单，一次就能学会，喜欢的小伙伴跟着我一起做起来吧！

1.准备食材，新鲜毛肚适量，（最好是买成品毛肚，这样更方便加工哦），黄瓜一根，生姜一块，小葱两根，香菜适量，大蒜头适量，小米辣适量！

2处理食材，首先把毛肚清洗干净，然后切成大小均匀的丝，注意不要太细了，放入碗中备用！

3.继续把其余食材都清洗干净，小米辣切成圈，香菜切成小段，生姜切成片，黄瓜切成丝，放入碗中垫底，大蒜头剁成蒜泥备用！

4.开始制作，首先起锅烧水，水中放入姜片，小葱两根，料酒适量，水开之后倒入切好的毛肚焯水，倒入水中八到十秒钟左右即可用漏勺捞出！

5.为了使毛肚的口感更好，吃起来更加脆嫩，焯水起锅的毛肚快速放入凉水中放凉，然后控干水分放入碗中备用！
