凉拌鲫鱼是一道营养价值很丰富的美食。鲫鱼富含优质蛋白质，矿物质和多种维生素，对于人体健康有着诸多益处。在享受美食的同时，也为身体提供了所需的营养，一举两得！

1.准备食材，鲜活鲫鱼两条，生姜大蒜适量，小葱适量，小米辣适量，香菜适量！

2.把鲫鱼宰杀之后清洗干净，改上花刀，放入盆中，加葱姜，料酒，胡椒粉，少许盐，用手搓匀，腌制十分钟左右！

3.继续处理食材，大蒜头剁成蒜泥，小葱切成葱花，小米辣剁碎，生姜切末，香菜也切碎备用！

4.开始制作，首先起锅烧水，水中加适量盐，鸡精味精少许，胡椒粉和料酒，葱姜适量，水开之后放入鲫鱼，鲫鱼煮开之后开小火慢慢的煮！
