清炖鸡汤怎么炖好喝？大厨教你一招，让你吃出家的味道！|家的味道|美味菜肴|胡椒粉|鸡汤|鸡肉

清炖鸡汤，不仅仅是一道菜而已，更是一种情感的寄托。它就像妈妈的手艺，传承着家的味道，它像友情的桥梁，联结着人与人之间的情感。它那淡淡的香味和浓郁的口感，仿佛每一口都是那么享受和满足！

懂行的小伙伴都知道，要想炖好一碗汤鲜味美，香气浓郁的鸡汤可不简单，它不光对烹饪者要有一定的技巧，就连选择鸡也是一门必学的课程，总的来说就是：不是所有鸡都能炖鸡汤，也不是所有的人都能炖的好鸡汤！

为什么别人炖的鸡汤喝起来浓香丝滑，香味扑鼻？自己做的却始终感觉差点什么，今天我把所有的技巧都分享给大家，只希望看到的小伙伴可以给我一个免费的关注和小红心支持一下，再次表示衷心的感谢！

1.要想炖好鸡汤，首先最重要的就是鸡的选择了，因为不是所有鸡炖鸡汤都适合，炖鸡汤一定要选择纯种土鸡，没有的话也可以选择老一点的跑山鸡，这是我目前觉得最适合的两种鸡，辅料不需要太复杂，一块生姜，胡椒粉，有条件再准备几个大红枣即可！

2.鸡一定要新鲜现宰杀的，这样才能保证鸡汤的鲜味，然后清洗干净内脏，砍成大小均匀的块，生姜切片！

3.清洗鸡肉，两种处理方式，第一种：加适量盐和面粉，反复揉搓，然后冲洗干净，面粉有很好的吸附性，可以很好的洗掉鸡肉上面的血水和杂质。第二种：直接焯水，加葱姜和料酒，煮开一两分钟捞出冲洗干净即可！
