葱花蛋饼不仅可以作为一道美食，同时还能作为一道小吃，当一份蛋香浓郁夹杂着葱香的美食端上桌，那种恰到好处的焦黄。从外表看去，便能够感受到那种精心制作的痕迹。咬一口，那种鲜香扑鼻的蛋香在舌尖流淌，如同晨曦中的微风，温暖而宜人。

1.准备食材，新鲜土鸡蛋四个，小葱适量，需要用到的调味料有：食用油，盐，鸡精味精和白胡椒粉！

2.首先我们把小葱清洗干净，然后再切成葱花备用！

3.新鲜的土鸡蛋打入碗中，倒入小葱花，调味加适量盐，少许鸡精味精（不吃得不放就好），胡椒粉适量，然后用筷子充分的搅拌均匀！

4.开始制作，家里有不粘锅的小伙伴可以尽量选择不粘锅来制作这道美食，没有不粘锅的也不要着急，铁锅的话我们首先要把锅烧热，然后倒入适量冷油滑一下锅，这样它就不容易粘锅了哦！

5.按照以上步骤，倒出多余的食用油，锅留少许底油，倒入蛋液，轻轻晃动锅，使蛋液分散开成为一个圆形！
