步骤 1
牛肉放少许盐、生抽、蚝油、淀粉水拌匀，再放少许花生油拌匀腌制10分钟；

油热下腌好的牛肉快速炒散，炒至变色捞出备用，油热下姜蒜末、小米辣、泡椒炒香，倒少许生抽调味，再倒入牛肉炒匀
