枇杷树在南方是非常常见的果树，我们住的小区里就随处可见，这个季节也正是枇杷果上市的时候，超市里也都可以买的到，口感也非常的好。大人孩子都非常爱吃！前几日家里有小朋友稍微有上点点轻咳，家里有长辈就告诉我，这种情况不用着急用药，可以试试食疗，给她煮枇杷糖水试试看。

后来我去网上查了下，枇杷确实不仅仅是水果，还有很好的药用价值。中医认为枇杷果实有润肺、止咳、止渴的功效。所以我就用冰糖煮了糖水枇杷给她吃了两天，每天两次，效果非常的明显。煮好的枇杷糖水不但是美味的小甜品，还有止咳润肺止吐的作用。可以做成罐头延长保质期，冰镇后口感也更好呢！趁现在还有新鲜枇杷售卖，喜欢的朋友抓紧试试吧！

枇杷糖水原料：

枇杷数个、冰糖适量。

做法：

1、原料备用。

2、枇杷清洗干净，用刀对切开。

3、撕去枇杷的皮，去掉内核和内膜。

4、锅内放放入适量的水和处理好的枇杷。

5、煮开后转小火，继续煮十几分钟。

6、加入适量的冰糖。

7、冰糖融化后即可食用，如果当甜品罐头吃，冰镇后口感也很好。

小贴士：成熟的枇杷味道甜美，营养颇丰，有各种果糖、葡萄糖、钾、磷、铁、钙以及维生素A、B、C等。当中胡萝卜素含量在各水果中为第三位。中医认为枇杷果实有润肺、止咳、止渴的功效。吃枇杷时要剥皮。除了鲜吃外，亦有以枇杷肉制成糖水罐头，或以枇杷酿酒。枇杷不论是叶、果和核都含有扁桃苷。
